The Foundation of the Delaware County Medical Society was created in 2010 and is a separate charitable non-profit organization (501c3). The Foundation was created by the DCMS leadership to help fund the society’s ongoing activities and involvement in a wide range of public health programs in the community.
The Foundation will help to grow an endowment for the society and give our members (and the general public) an opportunity to support this important work through their tax deductible donations and contributions. We hope to raise enough funds to establish a scholarship program for local medical students; to provide honorariums for guest speakers; to support a wide range of community coalitions, task forces and work groups in which the DCMS is an active participant.

Gala Silent Auction & Installation Dinner – May 20, 2012 – Save the Date!
The Foundation’s Board is planning a fine art and precious metals auction for Sunday evening May 20th at the Villanova Conference Center in Radnor, PA. The event will also include the installation of Fredric N. Hellman, MD as the DCMS President and honor several of our members for their 50 years in medicine.
